How to use IMPS?
Initiate IMPS transfers using your preferred channel:

Via Mobile Banking App
Log in to Gurgaondccb Bank's Mobile Banking App. Select 'IMPS' from the fund transfer options. Choose transfer mode (Mobile Number + MMID or Account Number + IFSC).

Add Beneficiary & Enter Details
Enter beneficiary details (Mobile No. & MMID, or Account No. & IFSC). Input the amount you wish to transfer.

Review & Confirm
Verify all details carefully before confirming the transaction. Authorize using your Mobile Banking PIN / OTP.

Transaction Complete
The fund will be transferred instantly. You and the beneficiary will receive SMS confirmations.

IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) enables instant, 24x7 inter-bank fund transfers, often via mobile phones, for retail payments (typically up to ₹5 Lakhs). RTGS is also real-time but meant for high-value transactions (min ₹2 Lakhs). NEFT processes transactions in batches, taking a bit longer but has no minimum limit.
While there's no minimum limit, the maximum transaction amount for IMPS is generally ₹5,00,000/-. Please note that individual banks or channels (like mobile banking apps) might have their own specific daily or per-transaction limits.
MMID stands for Mobile Money Identifier. It's a 7-digit unique number issued by banks to customers for linking their account to a mobile number, primarily for IMPS transactions via mobile. It allows fund transfers using just the beneficiary's mobile number and MMID, without needing their bank account number or IFSC.
In case of a failed IMPS transaction, the amount is usually reversed to the remitter's account instantly or within a few minutes. If the reversal is delayed beyond an hour, you should contact Harco Bank customer support with your transaction details.
